In this episode I wanted to do a deep dive on the announcements made by the UK's chancellor of the exchequer, Jeremy Hunt MP last week in his Autumn Statement. Changes to tax, CGT allowances and incentives to invest and grow are discussed.

I visited the NRLA conference to mix and mingle with members of the UKs largest landlords organisation.
